What AI can’t do that you can.

The Atlanta Hawks recently sent my 95-year-old Mom a Trae Young bobblehead. She met Trae at a game this season and their photo went viral. As you might imagine, it made her day. Can the Hawks send a gift like this to every fan? No, but as Andy Stanley says, “Do for one what you wish you could do for everyone.” This is a reminder: Don’t let systems, scale and AI replace the humanity of your business. The added touch and human thoughtfulness like this create customer loyalty far more than mere efficiency. |

FOR You, |

Well said! Thank you, Jeff! Great picture – God bless your mom!
As AI has moved from buzz-word to everyday word, it’s impressive to see this dated almost 3 years ago! You ARE ahead of the curve!
And among each of the conversations, teachings, and workshops I’ve attended around AI ~ by experts, motivational speakers, standard instructors ~ they’re all echoing this thought: AI canNOT replace HUMANS, it can complete tasks. In other words, use AI as a tool, to become more efficient and get more tasks done SO THAT you can be MORE HUMAN. Be a person, with emotions, with family / friends / pets that you love and spend time with.
As long as we don’t become like the passengers on Wall-E ship, let’s go!
