When I was at Gwinnett Church, we built our guest services strategy around this action item for every volunteer: “Deliver WOW to at least one guest today.”
Delivering WOW simply meant serving the guest so well that they said, out loud, “Wow!” In other words, we wanted to surprise and delight our guests.
What would that look like for your business this week? How can you deliver WOW today to at least one customer or potential customer?
Deliver “Surprise and Delight” this week. Watch them say, “Wow!” And in turn, watch them build your business.
